In this independent study, researchers tested an 8% Ashwagandha root extract lotion on 56 healthy adults over a period of 60 days to see how it affects ageing skin.
In this carefully controlled study, it was found that those who used the lotion saw noticeable improvements in wrinkles, pores, skin hydration, brightness, pigmentation, and elasticity.
Even moisture loss and melanin levels improved.
Best of all, no serious side effects were reported—suggesting the lotion is not only effective but also safe to use.
