Thank you for choosing to exhibit at in-cosmetics Global. We understand preparing for an exhibition can be daunting, whether you’ve been an exhibitor before or it’s your first time. We’ve created this page with lots of information to support you in the run up to the exhibition. It contains marketing information, venue information, dates, and deadlines. Use the quick links below to find the information you are looking for.

Scam Warning

We have received reports that exhibitors are being contacted by a third party claiming to sell the in-cosmetics Global 2024 attendee lists. Please be aware that RX does not sell its attendee lists, and any entities purportedly offering them are likely fraudulent. We strongly advise you to stay vigilant, exercise caution with such emails, and refrain from engaging with the sender.

Exhibitor Welcome Pack

Preparing for a show can be quite a task, so we have curated an Exhibitor Welcome Pack including all the need-to-know details and information for you to follow to ensure you make the most of the event.

Exhibitor portal and literature

Your exhibitor portal account is where you control what visitors can see about your company and products. It’s where you will upload your company’s details and descriptions for the online exhibitor and product directories and the Official Show Catalogue.

Your portal account also contains your exhibitor dashboard. You can use this to view analytics about your online performance. If you want more analytics and insights to benchmark against other exhibitors, contact your local representative to discuss available upgrades.

Here, you can register your stand personnel to get badges for the event and request visa letters. It’s important to do this in advance of the event, to gain access to the halls.

Showtime Media produces our official event literature, including the Event Preview, Catalogue and Pocket Guide. As all literature is printed, it is crucial that all information is submitted by the deadline date; otherwise, it cannot included.

Key dates for your portal account

ASAP – Populate your profile with information about your company and products, so visitors browsing the website can find out more about your company. Our directories are live and gaining traction as you read this!

19 Jan 24 – Add sharers to your stand. If sharers aren’t added by this date, they won’t have their company listed in the Official Event Preview.

1 Mar 24 – Populate and complete your full company profile by this date to have a complete listing in the Official Show Catalogue.

12 Apr 24 – Register all your stand personnel before the event and print off all badges to gain access to the halls.

This year’s in-cosmetics Global is taking place in Paris . The venue is Halls 1 and 2, Paris Expo Port de Versailles, 1 Place de la Porte de Versailles.

Awards & After Party

At in-cosmetics Global, we love celebrating the innovative products our exhibitors bring and launch at the event. We have a number awards you can enter, and we’ll be announcing the winners at our Awards and After Party sponsored by Kenvue taking place on 16 April 2024, 18:00 at a location tbc.

The Innovation Zone, Kenvue Trusted Science Award, Green Ingredient, Sustainable Stand and Rising Star Awards are judged before the event, Sensory & Make-Up Bar awards are just at the event on the first day of the show.

  • Make the most of your attendance at in-cosmetics Global by following up your leads captured using the Emperia App and QR Code Solution (Feature Area: Innovation Zone, Sensory Bar, Make Up Bar and Sustainability Corner Display). Login to your portal account to access and download your leads.

Promotional banners

We recommend that you promote and highlight your presence at the show. To support your efforts and save time, we have created a series of personalised banners containing your stand number for you to use. Log in to your portal account, then go to the badging section (from January) to access your personalised banners. Add them to your website or in your email signature and share them on your social channels.

Badging

Exhibitor badge registration will be accessible through your portal account starting in January. You can register all members of your stand personnel and request Visa Letters. It is crucial to pre-register all your stand personnel before the exhibition and ensure you have your printed badges with you at the venue. 

You must get your lanyard and badge sleeve before to the show opens for visitors. We recommend doing this before 08:15 AM on April 16. Registration tends to get busy on opening morning. Therefore, if you intend to enter the show before 09:00 AM, you'll need to pick up your badge, lanyard, and sleeve during build up.


Exhibitor badging will be open from: 
14:00 – 18:00 on Sunday 14 April. 
08:00 – 18:00 Monday 15 April. 

On show days (16 – 18 April), exhibitor badging will only be available at a location at the venue tbc.

Feature Zone participation

It is essential if you've secured a spot in the Innovation Zone, Sensory Bar, Make-Up Bar, or Sustainability Zone Display to submit information for your explanatory boards and feature guides before the exhibition.

We strongly advise you to review the requirements prior to the deadline to ensure you have ample time to prepare.

Complete and submit the forms by 27 February 2024. Please note that 27 February 2024 is also the deadline if you're entering the Innovation Zone Awards.

If you're interested in being a stop on one of our R&D Tours during the event, you can apply for free. Each day offers three tour slots, and our independent consultant, Rouah Al Wakeel, who leads the tours, will assess all submissions to determine the participating exhibitors. If selected, you will receive an email specifying the time slot for your 5-minute presentation during one of the tours.

Educational session participation

If you have booked a session in the educational programme at the event, we want to promote your session as much as possible and maximise visitor uptake.

To do this, we recommend you submit and send your session information as early as possible, as attendees are already visiting the website, visitor registration is going live in December, and the Event Preview goes to print early February 2024.

For each speaking opportunity, you will need to provide:

  • Contact details of the person in charge
  • Speaker name, job title, biography and photo in JPEG or PNG, head and shoulders in colour
  • Presentation title (max 80 characters) and abstract (max 100 words)
  • Speakers to bring their latest presentation on USB stick to the show

Complete these forms by 24 November to be included in the entire visitor promotion campaign

FORMULATION LAB PARTICIPANTS PLEASE NOTE:
For the Formulation Lab, you will also need to provide a Formulation Sheet by 31 January to be approved by our Technical Advisor. 

You will be given access to vet and confirm the bookings of your session, so you don’t have to worry about competitors. We recommend checking bookings weekly then daily in the last two weeks leading up to the event.

Exhibitor manual

The exhibitor manual is your go to source for everything logistical you need to prepare and book for the event. The manual contains venue information, stand information, build submissions and regulations, suppliers list, tasks and order deadlines, catering, contractor information, security and so much more. It's imperative you read the manual and familiarise yourself with all the information. You will be able to access the manual once it’s live from your portal account. Stand sharers

If you plan to invite your partners or distributors to participate on your stand with you, you can register them as Stand Sharer via your portal account at a cost of €675 per sharer.

To ensure their inclusion in the printed event preview and gain visibility in the marketing campaign, they must be registered by January 19.

Visa letters

If you require an invitation Visa Letter to attend the event as an exhibitor, you can apply when you register your stand personal in your portal account. While badging opens in January, if you require a letter prior to that date, please reach out to our customer services team.
