Features will include direct access to Colleqt lead generator, ability to bookmark sessions and exhibitors, notifications and AI translations for sessions. Visitors will be able to search the Conference Programme, use an interactive floorplan and search the Exhibitor Directory.

At in-cosmetics Korea, we love celebrating the innovative products our exhibitors bring to the event. We’ll be announcing the winners at the Awards Ceremony at the show.

To enter the Awards you must book and complete the Innovation Zone Awards Submission Forms by 17 May.

Shortlisted (Innovation Zone) Awards entries will be revealed in the week commencing 8 June.

Exhibitor badging is available in the Exhibitor Portal. This is where you can register all your stand personnel and apply for Visa Letters.

It’s imperative to register all your stand personnel in advance of the exhibition, and to bring along your printed badges. You must collect your lanyard and badge sleeve in advance of the show opening for visitors. We advise before 08:15 on 24 July. Registration gets very busy with exhibitors arriving, so if you want to enter the show before 10:00 on opening morning, you will need to have your badge, lanyard and sleeve collected already.

Promote your presence at the show with logos and banners. To add your stand number to the banners, simply edit them with Photoshop. If you don’t have access to Photoshop, simply edit them using Canva or one of the editing phone apps.

We’re available to help you with any questions you have leading up to the event. Please visit the meet the team page for our local representative contacts, event team, customer service and contact.

If you have any questions about a sponsorship opportunity you have booked, please reach out to our fulfilment team: [email protected]

If you have questions relating to finance and invoicing, please reach out to your local sales representative.

See checklist at the top of this page with deadlines in date order.

The exhibitor manual is your main source for everything logistical you need to prepare and book for the event.

The manual contains venue and stand information, build submissions and regulations, suppliers list, tasks and order deadlines, catering, contractor information, security and so much more.

It's imperative you read the manual and familiarise yourself with the information. You can access the Exhibitor Manual via the Exhibitor Portal.

Your exhibitor portal account is where you control what visitors can see about your company and products. It’s where you upload information about you that will be visible in the online exhibitor and product directory.

Your portal account also contains an exhibitor dashboard. You can use this to view analytics about your online performance. There are upgrade options available. If you’re interested in gaining more analytics and benchmarking yourself against other exhibitors, contact your local sales representative to find out more.

You will also be able to register your stand personnel to get badges for the event and request visa letters (from March onwards). It’s really important to do this in advance of the event, in order to gain access to the halls.

If you have a question that has not been addressed on this page, chances are you will find the answer in our Exhibitor FAQ.

Should you wish to share feedback about our services and / or our event, please contact your local sales representative. You will also receive an exhibitor survey a few days after the show and we strongly recommend you complete it to share your feedback / suggestions.

If you have an ingredient that was launched after 24 November 2023 then why not book an Innovation Zone box and capture traffic from one of the most popular show areas at in-cosmetics Korea? Plus your product will be entered into the prestigious Awards (if submitted by 17 May)

Ensure you download the Emperia app to see how user friendly it is once you will be using it at the show to capture leads! You will also be able to add qualifying questions (eg ingredient quantity needed). Information will be available in the Exhibitor Portal in June.
