Webinar:

A: Yes, the webinar will be recorded, and the recording along with a copy of the presentation will be shared via email after the session. You can also access the presentation here and view the recording here.

Travel:

A: Yes, the discount is available to all attendees of in-cosmetics Global.

Catering and stand activities:

A: If it's just bottles of water for your staff, this should be fine. However, any other types of drinks may fall under catering regulations and require additional arrangements through the venue.

A: A coffee machine is typically considered catering and should be ordered through the venue. Requests need to be reviewed and confirmed with the venue on a case-by-case basis. Please email for further details. Please email: (op’s email)

A: All food and drink such as this must be supplied by the venue caterers.

A: External caterers are not allowed at Amsterdam RAI. All catering services must be arranged through the venue.

A: Yes, you can host a get-together at your stand, as long as it remains contained within the space and does not block the aisles. Any catering and drinks will need to be ordered via the venue.

A: Correct. The premium charge for serving alcohol at your stand is a venue-specific fee, and we have no influence over this. Any rates must be negotiated directly with the venue.

Stand:

A: The deadline to submit all stand plan documents is 23 January 2025.

Exhibitor Badging:

A: Yes, we close exhibiting badging before we go onsite for build. This ensures that everything is prepared in advance of the show and not left until the last minute. With many customers arriving on April 8th, this helps prevent long delays and bottlenecks at the entrance, allowing for a smoother flow of visitors into the venue.

A: Printing facilities will be available at the show, but they are limited. It is recommended to bring a printed badge with you to avoid delays onsite. Lanyards and badge holders will also be provided at the venue.

Exhibitor Manual:

A: The Exhibitor & Contractor Manual is now live and you can access it through the exhibitor portal.

Health & Safety:

A: Yes, safety shoes are mandatory on Monday as some stand construction will still be ongoing. To comply with RAI regulations and Dutch law, it is essential that everyone entering the hall wears safety shoes.

Digital:

A: Your account admin will have received a login link to access the portal and manage your profile/directory listing. The link is sent to the email address provided when you contracted the stand. For any issues, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance.

A: No, the show app is designed for navigation and information. A separate Lead Manager App is available for exhibitors to collect visitor leads. Learn more about it during our Smart Event webinar on 30 January 2025.

Seminars and presentations:

A: Speaking opportunities are limited, but please reach out to your account manager to explore and discuss further.

A: The Sustainability presentations will run throughout the three days on the show floor in the Sustainability Zone in Hall 12.

Features:

A: We recommend that you reach out to your account manager immediately to express your interest, as this popular feature does tend to sell out earlier. They will be able to advise and reserve space for you.

A: Yes, this should be a link to your website outlining your sustainability initiatives.

A: Yes, there are guidelines for all feature categories, and they are available now. If you haven’t received them yet, please email us at [email protected].

Awards:

A: All awards criteria and submission forms are available on the Exhibitor Information Page.

A: The number of submissions depends on the criteria for each award category, as outlined in the award forms. Below is a quick overview:

A: Yes, having a box in the Innovation Zone is a requirement for the Innovation Zone Best Ingredient Award. This area highlights new ingredient launches, helping visitors explore the latest market innovations.

A: Our judging panel is made up of experienced international research and development professionals. You should aim to provide a comprehensive technical product dossier for your ingredients, including robust data and testing results that support your ingredient claims and demonstrate its efficacy.

A: Yes, you can apply for as many awards as you like, provided you meet the criteria for each award. The criteria and submission details can be found on the respective award forms.

A: The Rising Star Award is open to all first-time exhibitors. Companies from across the personal care value chain, including suppliers of ingredients, fragrances, lab equipment, testing, or regulatory solutions, are eligible to apply.

A: First-time exhibitors can apply for the Rising Star Award by completing the form available here. Submissions must be received by 18 February 2025.

A: We offer a tailored digital pack to support first-time exhibitors, helping you stand out. This package includes extensive pre-event coverage to generate interest in your brand and control costs.
