How do I register to attend the event?

To join us at the event please register your interest to attend to be notified once registration is open. If you have any difficulties with registration please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help.

How much does it cost to attend the event?

in-cosmetics Global 2022 is free for visitors to attend if you register in advance of the exhibition.

Do I need to print my badge at home?

 

Each attendee will receive an email with a PDF badge to download. In order to attend, you must print your badge at home and bring it with you to the event. Failure to bring your badge, will result in a delay in your admission.

How do I amend the details shown on my badge?

If you need to change any of the details as they appear on your badge please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to make the necessary amendments for you. Alternatively, you can also login to your registration account, and make the necessary changes. You must then bring your updated PDF or digital badge to the event.

I have not received my badge, please can you resend?

Our emails can sometimes find their way to your spam/junk folders so please do check there in the first instance. If your badge email is not there please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to re-send to the email address you registered with, alternatively, if you login to your registration, you can download your badge there.

I need to register more people, how can I do this?

Each registration requires a unique email address, and therefore you will need to complete the registration process for each person that wishes to receive a badge. You may find it easiest to share the registration link with those who wish to attend the event so they are able to enter their own details and receive their confirmation.

I cannot login to the registration system, what should I do?

I would like to register my child so they can attend the event, is that possible?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any children in the exhibition halls under the age of 18.

I am a member of the media, how do I register to attend?

To join us at the event please follow the visitor registration form and select the ’Press/Media’ option when telling us about your job role and company activity. Our badges for media are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, broadcasters, and web bloggers associated with the industry. Please be prepared to share accreditation as part of the registration process, as all press registrations will go through a vetting process.

How do I apply for a visa letter?

At the end of the registration form on the confirmation page, you will be able to apply for a Visa letter. Visa letters cost €35. Each request will be vetted, and if successful, you will receive a confirmation email with the Visa letter attached.

I am a student, can I attend your event for free?

As a student, you can attend the event for free. To join us at the event please click here to register your interest in attending. When registration is open you will be prompted to enter your details in the online registration form and once you’ve done that you will receive confirmation via email. We strongly recommend students to attend the third day of the event, as there will be more opportunity to meet with exhibitors.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the event?

The venue is Wi-Fi enabled but due to high volume of attendees, the quality of connection may vary. As an Exhibitor, if you require sole use of a secure wireless connection, you can speak with our official internet service provider via the exhibitor manual, which you can access in the exhibitor manual.

Where can I see a full list of exhibitors attending your event?

Please click here to see all companies exhibiting at the event. This information is only available via our website and we are unable to share this in any other format.

Where can I see a full list of visitors attending your event?

In line with GDPR, we do not provide a list of attendees to the event to exhibitors or any third parties.  

How do I find my way around the event?

At the venue, floorplan signage will be available to guide you within the halls. It is also accessible digitally here and to be included on our event catalogue.

Where can I find out the details of what is happening at the event?

Will there be cloakroom services for me to use?

Yes, there will be a cloakroom service at the event.

What happens if you need to postpone/cancel the event?

in-cosmetics Global 2021 is no longer scheduled to run. In-cosmetics Global 2022 is scheduled to run from 5-7 April 2022. Due to the continued unpredictability of the current climate, we are constantly monitoring the situation and will notify everyone if anything changes. We will be in touch via email, press releases and all our social media channels as soon as decisions are made with all the information you need.

I need a letter of invitation for my visa application, what do I do?

How do I get to the venue?

When accessing the venue, you will need to arrive at the Porte L to get to Pavilion 1. Porte de Versaille is accessible via driving, public transport. Please visit the Vi Paris website for further information on how to get to the venue.

Are there any travel restrictions in place due to COVID-19?

You can find the most recent guidance for travellers to France by visiting the French Government website. This is the current advice you would need to follow for arriving in Paris. For your return journey you will need to check your local government guidelines to understand what you would need to do upon arrival at you home destination. Please note we cannot advise if this information will change between now and when the event is due to take place.

Are there any hotels nearby that you would recommend?

Our preferred accommodation partner is B-Network, please visit their site to see what hotels are available.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking available at Porte de Versailles. Find out what parking facilities are available by following this link.

Will there be cloakroom services for me to use?

Yes, there will be a cloakroom service at the event.

Can you recommend any restaurants, bars or venues in the local area where we could hold events in the evening?

Paris is a vibrant city with lots to do and see. Porte de Versailles is just located outside the city centre. We suggest you visit the Paris Tourist Office website to see what venues, bars and restaurants are available in the vicinity.

Safety & Security…

How will you ensure my safety at the event, and what precautions against COVID-19 are you taking?

The health and safety of our participants continues to be our priority, as such we will be following closely the guidelines as set by the local Government and venue and actively administering the new rules when planning our live exhibition 5 – 7 April 2022. Will I need to wear a mask at the event?

We strongly recommend that you wear a face mask when you are in indoor spaces with individuals that you would not normally mix with.

What security checks are in place at the event?

The safety and security of our staff and attendees is our priority.  We work closely with the venue, location and national authorities to identify risks, assess them and develop security plans for our events. Click here for more details on COVID-19 Safety and Security at our events.

Can I use the logo for your event on my website, or as personal email signature etc?

Yes, you are allowed to use the in-cosmetics logo on your website and promotion. You can download the event logos in the media hub. You will also find in the exhibitor portal, personalised banners with your stand number which you can add to your website and email signature.

Can I upload a press release to the website?

You will find the latest press release uploaded to connect.in-cosmetics.com. When using any of our press releases, you must not change the copy, and a link back to the in-cosmetics.com/global site is required.

What is the official PR company for the event and how do I contact them?
