What is the Best Ingredient Award about?

The Innovation Zone Best Ingredient Award honours the best ingredients submitted to Innovation Zone, launched within 8 months of the show, judged by a panel of international and Korean experts. To qualify, these active and functional ingredients must combine innovative science and product features in a way that offers substantial benefits to manufacturers and end-users, surpassing existing counterparts.

K-Beauty Standout Award

The K-Beauty Standout Award recognizes pioneering skincare and makeup innovations that have achieved global influence and resonated with beauty consumers around the world. For 2025, the award embraces the theme of bioengineering, spotlighting cutting-edge products that combine advanced scientific technology with the distinct creativity of K-beauty. All entries will be carefully reviewed and evaluated by a panel of industry experts prior to the show.
