With both scientific and marketing training (an Engineering degree from INSA Rouen and an MS in Marketing from HEC Paris), Cécile has built a career at the intersection of science, innovation and brand strategy. She started in dermo-cosmetics at Laboratoires Expanscience, leading international product development and launches, then moved to Symrise as Global Product Director for cosmetic actives. At BASF, she drives strategic positioning and go-to-market initiatives for skin care innovations, with a particular focus on skin longevity, biotechnology and next-generation collagen solutions. She supports customers with evidence-led claims and storytelling.
