The skin stressosome covers the cutaneous responses against deleterious stresses, particularly pollutants (indoor and outdoor) and irradiations (UV, IR, blue light).

To understand the skin stressosome process, BIO-EC and GENEX laboratories have associated their expertise in histology and genomics to conduct ex vivo and in vivo investigations. New models have been developed to reproduce the combined action of pollution, irradiations and other stresses on human skin, thanks to our exclusive devices (Pollubox®, Solarbox®).

This innovative approach allows the evaluation of the effects of cosmetic products through specific pathways and markers found by PredictSearchTM, software developed by GENEX.
