How to book your stand

Step 1 - Choose from a range of competitively priced stand options

The smallest available stand size is 3 metres x 3 metres = 9m²

OPTION 1 - SPACE ONLY
Only the floorspace is provided. Exhibitors are responsible for the design and construction of the stand using contractors of their own choice within the Rules & Regulations that will accompany the contract to exhibit and the Technical Regulations provided by the venue.

This includes rear and dividing walls, carpet, name board and ceiling grid where spotlights may be fixed (spotlights are not included)

OPTION 3 - SHELL SCHEME & FURNITURE PACKAGE [€79/m² + Package]

Our furniture packages take the hassle out of organising your stand. They have been put together to fulfil all standard exhibiting needs and are significantly cheaper than ordering furniture separately. Package prices and contents to be confirmed at a later date.

OPTION 4 - SMARTSPACE [€240 per m² if you sign your SmartSpace contract before 31st December 2010 (€250 per m² thereafter)]

Step 2 - Check out the other exhibiting related costs

Insurance [€135]
It is a requirement that all exhibiting companies are fully insured and we automatically add insurance cover at the above cost. If companies have comprehensive cover of their own there is the option to have this charge removed on receipt of signed contract and providing the Insurance Waiver Form is completed, signed and faxed back to the number below. This form will accompany the contract pack to be forwarded.

Enhanced Internet Listing [€425]
The charge for an enhanced internet listing is automatically added to the contract. It gives comprehensive facilities and global promotion. A leaflet outlining all the features and benefits will accompany the contract.

Charity Donation [€20]
A one time donation is automatically added to your contract in respect of Look Good Feel Better, the industry's chosen charity however if companies do not want to contribute they will be able to delete the line on the main contract.
