Choosing your space

  • Which stand location is right for you?

The first step towards securing your place as an exhibitor is to choose the best stand location that is right for you.

  • View the floorplan. Download and choose one of the available stands. Make a note of the number of open sides and the colour aisle that the stand touches.

    Choose your space

  • What should you know before you choose your stand?

    Availability

The floorplan below indicates which spaces are still available for you to choose from. With demand for exhibiting very high the availability reduces the closer we get to show, and therefore the choice of where to be located does too. As a result, it’s important to book your stand as far in advance as you can.

The floorplan is updated every month and therefore the available spaces (marked in white) may already be booked – contact our sales team to discuss availability

What are in-cosmetics zones & pavilions?

When choosing your location you should consider whether you fit into one of our zones or pavilions.

Pavilions provide a cost-effective solution allowing you to reach your target audience for a fraction of the price of a regular stand. Exhibiting within a country pavilion offers high visibility for buyers wishing to network with suppliers from the same region.

Zones are designed to provide a platform for exhibitors within a specific industry sector to gain visibility, by grouping them together in a defined area on the floorplan, which makes it easy for visitors seeking those products to find them.  If your products/services relate to an in-cosmetics Global zone, that may be the best place in which to locate your stand. The zones for 2017 are:  Fragrance Zone, Testing & Regulation Zone and Lab Zone.

What do the coloured aisles mean?

Coloured aisles (red, orange and green) denote the areas of the exhibition hall where visitor traffic is predicted to be at its highest and therefore stands in these prominent positions will be more expensive. Red aisles are predicted to have the highest density, followed by orange and then green.

If a stand is not on a coloured aisle it doesn’t mean that it won’t be busy, especially if an exhibitor has prepared well, using in-cosmetics Global My Event to arrange meetings with visitors, sent invitations to prospects and clients and taken advantage of the wealth of free marketing & PR opportunities that the event offers. Being located on a non-coloured aisle can be a cost effective option with the potential to yield a good return on investment.
