  • Getting to in-cosmetics Global

    The venue for in-cosmetics Global is ExCeL London, a world-class exhibitions and convention centre located on the northern quay of the Royal Victoria Dock in London Docklands, between Canary Wharf and London City Airport. 

    Important information if you are travelling by tube:
    Please note that Custom House DLR Station will be shut for 12 months. Please use the Royal Victoria stop (one stop before Custom House) which is 650 metres from ExCel and has been timed at a comfortable seven-minute walk, or the Prince Regent station for ExCel's East Entrance.


    Free Shuttle buses

     Free shuttle buses will be running from London City Airport to ExCel as follows:

    • 4th April – from 7:30 – 13:00
    • 5th April – from 7:30 – 13:00
    • 6th April – from 7:30 – 12:00
    Every 30m just outside London City - drop off at the West Entrance.

  • How will you be traveling to ExCeL London?

    By Train or Tube

    All the major UK cities are connected to London by train and once you are in the capital city, the London Underground Jubilee Line is the quickest route towards ExCeL. At Canning Town Station alight and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR Train (Docklands Light Railway) to ExCeL.

    There are two DLR stations onsite, however please note that Custom House station will be closed. The second station is Prince Regent (at the East Entrance of ExCeL). It is a two minute walk under a covered walkway to the venue. Follow the in-cosmetics Global signs into the venue. The Docklands Light Railway is part of the London Underground Network and there are 12 trains an hour towards Beckton.

    ExCeL London is located in Zone 3.

    By Car

    There is plenty of parking at ExCeL London with 3,070 parking spaces. Parking is a £15 flat tariff for up to 24 hours. Traveling by car in Central and East London can be subject to delays, particularly around rush hour so please plan ahead and leave plenty of time to make your journey.

    By Air

    London City Airport is closest to ExCeL (less than a mile) and has flights to and from Europe and beyond. It is also possible to fly to any of London’s other five airports and continue your journey onward to ExCeL by public transport.

    By River

    Enjoy a different view of London from the river or the air on your journey to ExCeL. Take an MBNA Thames Clipper (services run every 20 minutes) from one of the main London piers. Alight at North Greenwich Pier (for the O2) and take the Emirates Airline Cable Car across the river to ExCeL (see By Cable Car below).

    The Emirates Airline Cable Car is a unique way to travel in the capital and offers great views. The 10 minute flight crosses the River Thames connecting North Greenwich underground station with ExCeL London. All visitors and exhibitors to in-cosmetics Global can enjoy a flight for the special price of just £2 (single-fare), simply show your in-cosmetics badge.

    By Bike

    ExCeL London is located close to the cycle superhighway which runs from Barking to Tower Gateway (Route CS3). At the venue there are 54 cycle racks at the East Entrance and 6 at the West Entrance.
