Zones and Pavilions

  • What are the zones and pavilions at in-cosmetics Global?

Our show is structured around zones, which target global audiences within a specialist topic area, and pavilions which bring together suppliers from the same geographic region.

    Zones at in-cosmetics

To help visitors easily identify and navigate to the suppliers and products which are of most interest, the zones are split into three dedicated areas: Fragrance; Testing & Regulation; and Lab.

To exhibit in a zone the activities of the company must directly relate to the theme of that zone. This helps visitors to understand the activity of the company and identify suppliers who can most appropriately service their needs.

These zones provide a platform for exhibitors to gain visibility with a global audience, within a specific, categorised, industry sector.

  • Fragrance Zone

Each year, prestigious fragrance houses, producers and distributors of extracts and ingredients, showcase their products in this zone at in-cosmetics Global.

Buyers will be able to network with leading international fragrance manufacturers and discover the latest trends in fragrance, essential oils and natural or synthetic extracts.

  • Testing & Regulation Zone

This zone inspires innovative solutions to ensure the safety, stability and shelf-life of personal care products.

Over a third of in-cosmetics Global visitors are interested in clinical testing, toxicological assessment and sensory evaluation and are looking to gain expert advice from a range of providers.

Exhibitors will help visitors to source regulatory solutions, improve the performance of their products and gain faster regulatory approval by sharing expertise within this zone.

  • Lab Zone

This is the best area for companies who specialise in supplying lab equipment, to showcase their knowledge about the latest trends and position themselves as an innovator in this industry.

Visitors will discover the latest developments in the world of lab equipment; learn about lab equipment trends, and take this unique opportunity to discuss their needs with prestigious suppliers.

  • Pavilions

Pavilions are areas within the show which bring together suppliers who offer a range of differing products but come from the same geographical region.

This helps visitors to easily source new suppliers from specific regions. The geographic areas featured at in-cosmetics Global 2017 are; Brazil, France, North America, South Korea and Spain.

For exhibitors, pavilions provide a cost-effective solution allowing you to reach your target audience for a fraction of the price of a regular stand. They also offer you high visibility with buyers who are wishing to network with suppliers from the same region.

Further pavilions may be added at a later date, check back for updates.
