To attend the in-cosmetics Workshops, full payment of the delegate fee is required by the delegate, in advance either by Visa Card, Master Card, Delta, Solo, Electron and Amex or bank transfer.
Notice confirming your booking together with an invoice for the delegate fee will be sent to you by the Organiser or its appointed representative, by email, in advance of the event.
If the payment has not been settled by cleared funds prior to the date of the event, we will require payment onsite.
No refunds will be given if a delegate cancels their place however, delegates may substitute another person in their place at no cost provided that this is notified to the in-cosmetics registration team on or before Thursday 11 April 2013. To substitute another delegate, please email Conferencedepartment@Melville.co.uk with the following information: Your name, badge number, and the name, email address and telephone number of your replacement delegate.
The Organiser reserves the right to change the content, speakers, timing and venue of the Workshops. The delegate shall be entitled to a full refund in the event that the sessions are cancelled by the Organiser or are cancelled due to circumstances outside the Organiser’s control. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser’s liability to the delegate is limited to the amount of the delegate fee.
