Stand Space Only: Only the floor space is provided to the dimensions of the booked stand. Exhibitors are responsible for the design & construction of the stand using contractors of their own choice within the Rules & Regulations that will accompany the contract to exhibit and the Technical Regulations provided by the venue.
Stand Space & Shell Scheme: Shell Scheme comprises of the rear and appropriate dividing walls - carpet - name-board - stand number and a ceiling grid onto which spotlights may be fixed.
Stand Space and SmartSpace: A unique cost effective design and build option without the hassle of expensive stand designers or builders. Available to stands from 12m². Allows a 4m stand height - platform floor and comprehensive company branding.

Insurance - €135: it is a requirement that all exhibiting companies are fully insured and we automatically add insurance cover to the contract to exhibit. If companies have comprehensive cover of their own there is an option to have the charge removed.

Internet Listing - €438: the charge for the enhanced internet listing is automatically added to the contract. It gives comprehensive facilities and global promotion. A leaflet outlining all the features and benefits will accompany the contract.

Charity Donation - €20: this is a one time donation in respect of Look Good Feel Better, the industry’s chosen charity, however if companies do not want to contribute they will be able to delete the line on the contract.
