Michèle started her career in the Cosmetic Industry at Exsymol as a technical sales representative. Then she moved to Gattefossé as Cosmetic Market Manager. Since 2004, she has been working for Arch Chemicals as their European Personal Care Business Manager. After the acquisition of Arch Chemicals by Lonza, Michèle became the head of the personal care preservative business. Michèle holds a pHD in Pharmacy as well as a DEA in Dermopharmacy and Cosmetology.
