Dr. Peter Klug studied chemistry at the University of Würzburg, where he did his Ph.D. work in organic chemistry in 1994. In 1994 he joined Hoechst AG, then in 1996 Clariant, where he held several positions in research for technical application fields like metal working and the oilfield industry. From 2000 on, he was heading Clariant’s R&D and Application Development for Personal Care. Since 2010 he is heading the global competence center Emulsification/Personal Care.
