  OPTION 1 - Space Only

  Only the floorspace is provided. Exhibitors are responsible for the design and construction of the stand using contractors of their own choice within the Rules & Regulations and the venue’s Technical Regulations.

  OPTION 2 - SHELL SCHEME

  Space only + €85/m²

  Includes rear and dividing walls, carpet, name board and ceiling grid where spotlights may be fixed (spotlights, electricity and furniture are not included).

  Smallest available stand size:
  3 metres x 3 metres = 9m²
  

  

  OPTION 3 - SHELL SCHEME + FURNITURE

  Space only + €85/m² + Package

  Take the hassle out of organising your stand. This package has been put together to fulfil all standard exhibiting needs. Significantly cheaper than ordering furniture separately.

  Book before 31 Dec. Unique cost effective modular design option without the hassle of expensive stand designers, available to stands over 18m². Fully customised to your preferences.

  • Sharing Companies €510

    A charge of €510 will be applied for each company represented on a company's stand registered under Option 1 (identical features and benefits as the main standholder).

  • Insurance €135

    It is a requirement that all exhibiting companies are fully insured and we automatically add insurance cover at the above cost. If companies have comprehensive cover of their own there is the option to have this charge removed on receipt of a signed contract and providing the Insurance Waiver Form is completed. This form will accompany the contract pack to be forwarded.

  • Registration Fee €455

    A compulsory fee that includes online promotion in the exhibitor directory, other online features and benefits, entries in the show catalogue / pocket guide etc.

  • Charity Donation €20

    A one time donation is automatically added to your contract in respect of Look Good Feel Better, the industry's chosen charity. However, if companies do not want to contribute they will be able to delete the line on the main contract.

  • Premium Location Package (additional cost) €1,120 per block

    Premium stand, online ‘stand-out’ listing and logo in the show catalogue. Applied to stands directly in front of the entrance, shaded pink and marked “P” on the floorplan.

  • Corner charge (additional cost) €280 per corner

    Applied to stands with 2 or more open sides.

  • Stand Approval Charge (additional cost) €95 per space only stand

    The cost of approving stand designs for space only stands, ensuring all exhibitors receive a high quality and timely service from our dedicated in-house team.
